Good Bayan Baru location with decent faciliti
One of the better things about Arena Residence is the location. It is easy to access from the main roads around Bayan Baru, so commuting is manageable. Nearby amenities are also a plus, especially shops, groceries and schools in the surrounding area. Facilities are not overly fancy, but they are useful and well-rounded for everyday use, especially the pool, gym and BBQ area. Overall, a practical place to stay if you value accessibility and a mature neighbourhood. -

Comfortable and convenient for daily living
Have been quite happy with Arena Residence overall. The unit sizes are practical and comfortable, and the low-density feel makes it more peaceful than some newer projects nearby. I like that it has the basics covered well, like covered parking, swimming pool, gym and 24-hour security. The location in Bayan Baru is also very convenient for daily errands, food and getting around via the main roads. Good option for small families or working adults who want convenience without too much crowd. -

Mixed-use gem in the heart of Ara Damansara
Arena Residence at Arena Curve in Ara Damansara is a smart urban living choice. The integrated retail podium provides cafes, restaurants, and shops right downstairs. Ara Damansara LRT makes getting to PJ or KL Sentral easy. NKVE and LDP are accessible by car. Sunway Medical Centre is a short drive. One Utama and The Curve are nearby for more retail therapy. Units are compact but well-designed. Good management throughout. -
