  Nice family home

  The units of Executive Homes seem nice for families with children, with facilities within the condo itself that caters for children like the playground. The three-bedroom units can accommodate bigger families.

  Good property for investment

  This area of Penang is really strategically located. Executive Homes is near Gurney Drive so you have all the amenities and it's half way between the city and Batu Ferringghi. Done by E&O, these condos should appreciate in value.

  Good property for investment

  Properties by E&O is always high-end and the Executive Homes is no different. The design of the condo looks really elegant. The Andaman Island is truly a planned township, and will become a sought after address in Penang.
