  Useful Investment Backup

  I bought the unit for investment but also liked that it could be useful for my own business if needed. Having both possibilities made the purchase more attractive to me. I can decide how I want to use the space as my plans change. That flexibility gives me more confidence in keeping it.

  Easier Business Planning
