Modern
I booked a unit here after visiting several condominiums nearby and Artis 3 Residence gave me the best overall impression. The property felt more complete because there were many facilities already functioning properly when I visited. I especially liked the aeroyoga room since it was something different from typical condominium setups. The residents also seem active and friendly which creates a welcoming atmosphere around the building. Security within the property feels organised and that gives extra peace of mind when returning home late. Up to now I feel satisfied with choosing this condominium. -

Evening Activities
My partner and I chose this condominium because we wanted more lifestyle facilities within the property itself. We often use the jogging track and sauna after long workdays which helps us relax without going elsewhere. The multi purpose hall also gives the community a more social atmosphere during events. So far we are happy with the environment here. -

Safe Here
I booked a unit here mainly because the condominium felt secure and family friendly during my visits. The 24 hours security gave me extra confidence as a parent. My children also enjoy spending time at the playground during evenings. -
