Expected to be completed in 2026, the project by Setia Awan comprises six towers ranging from 24-28 storeys with 5,228 residential units and 27 shops. Each tower is named after the project’s name – Towers A, S, T, R, U, M – derived from the Latin word, “Astrum”, for the sky, heaven, stars, and constellations.

Lastly, the final phase, will comprise 664 SoHos in Tower U and 468 Serviced Apartments in Tower M.
