  Interested but I see a lack of kitchen equipment, such as stove top and oven for cooking. If they are included please send better pictures.I noticed that a lot on this web site, poor kitchen pictures. Looking for a rental 1-2 bdrm, 2 ppl, 1 bath with shower full kitchen 1000-1800 in size,, 4-5 months, Dec through April May. As soon as we can travel we will come and visit and tour different properties. Thank you David and Imelda

  Hi, I am a foreigner in Malacca, Malaysia. I am interested to buy a condo unit at Atlantis Residences@Kota laksamana. Is it possible to buy by foreigner. I have heard a new regulation that foreigner must buy a condo which the price at least RM500,000.
