  Loving My Home

  I have been living in Awana Puri with my family for 7 years now, and it has been a wonderful experience. The neighbourhood is peaceful and friendly, making it ideal for children. The amenities like the park and community hall are well-maintained and convenient. Overall, it feels like a comfortable and secure place to call home.

  The vibe here is calm and steady, and I love

  Awana Puri in Cheras feels quite peaceful, more like a hidden spot surrounded by greenery. It’s low-density, so not too crowded, which is nice if you prefer quiet living. The pool give some weekend activity options, and got security too. Design a bit old-school but still comfy for families or retirees. Not super modern, but got that cosy vibe. Location-wise, got some shops and eateries nearby, so quite convenient for daily stuff.

  Nice layout, easy to move around

  It has a cosy feel with buildings that aren’t too tall and lots of greenery around. The units are seem spacious enough for a small family. The layout looks practical, and some units even have a balcony which is nice for fresh air or drying clothes. The facilities are basic but good. There’s a swimming pool, a small gym, and a kids' playground. It looks clean and safe, which matters a lot. The location is quite convenient too, with nearby shops, schools, and even public transport within a short drive. It feels like a peaceful place that still has access to what you need.

  Love the big windows and light

  Shifted here recently with my family. I like how the sunlight comes through the big old trees near my balcony. It makes breakfast feel peaceful. I also grabbed a complimentary toolkit from the management office last month. Management is friendly and this place is good for families. The facilities also good, nothing much as bad here. My daughter loves her room and my wife is also happy with the units. Enough space in all rooms like bedroom, kitchen, living area, etc.
