  Azuria Condominium may be a little old, but it still has its charm. The location is convenient, being close to Straits Quay with plenty of food options nearby. It comes with basic facilities like a pool, gym, and 24-hour security, which cover the essentials for daily living. While the units are a bit dated, with some renovation they can easily be transformed into a comfortable and cosy home. It’s not a luxury property, but it offers a peaceful and practical living environment in Penang.

  A good place for quiet people

  Azuria Condominium feels relaxed and open, with mid-rise buildings surrounded by trees and greenery. The units seem well laid out, with enough room for a small family or couple, and nice balconies that look great for unwinding in the evening. The shared areas are pleasant without being over the top. There’s a pool, a small gym, and garden paths where people can walk or sit. It feels quiet and secure, which is important if you want a peaceful place to live.

  A nice pause from the outside

  I've been staying at Azuria for some time now. The location is really what made me choose this place. It’s close to the beach, and I like that I can just take a short walk to get some fresh air. Mornings here are nice, not too hot, and the breeze is quite strong. The unit I’m in is okay, not super new but still comfy. Got enough space for daily stuff, and the view from higher floors is actually quite nice. I can see a bit of greenery and some sea view too. Security is around all the time, and the guards do their job well. The maintenance team does come when we report things. Got restaurants nearby, so food and groceries are easy to get. A decent deal for the price and the area. Feels homely.
