  Freehold, landed and budget friendly

  For a freehold landed place under RM600k, it's honestly quite decent. Not easy to find that these days. Can’t wait to see how it turns out in 2026.

  Freehold and convenient

  I’m booking this for my daughter’s family and myself. I like that it’s freehold and not too far from basic amenities. The layout is practical, and there’s space for my grandkids to run around. Hopefully traffic won’t get too heavy once it’s all done.

  Happy with layout and reasonable pricing

  We registered early for a corner lot and so far we’re happy with the layout and price. The open kitchen and family area really suit how we spend time together. Hoping the neighbourhood grows into a good community by the time it's ready.
