  such a convenient location and the recent lift upgrade and waterproofing work plus the new coats of paint on certain areas have really made. difference

  Party Goers Place

  I recently moved out of Bangsar Permai because of the persistent parties on weekends. The management allows parties until 2am! If you have children, then, its bad. Only the front portion and swimming pool area is painted. The rest is not, so if you sit at the balcony, your view is black walls caused by rain water. The squash court is not maintained. Leaks have damaged the flooe. Gym, is bad - hardly any thing for cardio exercise. Security is OK. Swimming pool is OK.
