Bay Point is a solid choice if you’re looking for both home living and investment. The units are spacious, and the development feels safe with 24-hour security. The rental potential is also quite strong due to its strategic location. -

Great Location and Facilities
I’ve been staying at Bay Point for a year and really enjoy it here. The facilities are well-maintained, and the gym and pool are big plus points. The location is convenient with easy access to public transport, shops, and schools nearby. Overall, a comfortable and secure place to live! -

Strategic place to stay
theBay Point appears to be the most convenient among all the condos within Country Garden. It is situated above Beletimes Mall and directly across from the Country Garden clubhouse. Accessibility to Bay Point also seems more convenient, with front entrance located right next to the clinic. Indian Restaurant in the mall was good too! We enjoyed are stay here in Danga Bay and will consider coming here more often. -

Tranquility and Beauty with Beach in Johor Ba
About 400 meters away from Bay Point Country Garden Danga Bay and there's the beach in Johor Bahru. The infinity sea view is simply breathtaking. Standing at the edge and gazing into the vastness of the sea is a truly awe-inspiring experience. The view is even more magical during sunset, when the colors of the sky blend seamlessly with the horizon. It's a must-visit spot for anyone seeking tranquility and beauty in the heart of the city. The proximity to Singapore's Sungai Buluh wetland reserved area is a major plus. The fresh air and oxygen supply from this natural reserve make Johor Bahru even more inviting. It's the perfect destination for those seeking a breath of fresh air and a connection to nature. -

Bay Point - A Convenient and Well-Equipped De
I am renting a unit at Bay Point and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The fact that it is situated just short drive from Larkin Terminal bus station made it incredibly convenient for me to travel to and from the area. But what truly impressed me were the multiple facilities provided within development itself. Whether I wanted to catch a movie, go bowling, workout at the gym, or take a refreshing swim, everything I needed was right there. Additionally, the development's location offered great accessibility to various amenities. Beletime Danga Bay Shopping Mall was just a short walk away, along with three business streets that featured food courts, Starbucks, convenience stores, and restaurants and can easily reach six major malls, such as Mid Valley Mega Mall and Paradigm Mall. -

Living in Johor Bahru City Center: A Vibrant
Living in Bay Point @ Country Garden Danga Bay has been an amazing experience. Not only is it conveniently located just 7km away from CIQ, making travel to Singapore a breeze, but the direct link to Singapore is also a major plus. The best part is the diverse community living here, with owners from 28 countries all over the world. It's like a mini global village where you get to meet people from different cultures and backgrounds. The established owner society also organizes various activities like jogging, yoga, painting, calligraphy, photography, and Tai Chi, which adds a great sense of community and camaraderie. Highly recommended! -
