The quiet here makes a real difference in my
Living at BayStar Condominium for the past few years has been a really pleasant experience. I’ve always loved the sea view from my unit, it adds a sense of calm to everyday life. Being so close to the Penang Bridge has made commuting between the island and mainland incredibly easy, which has been a big help with work. The environment is quiet and peaceful, which I appreciate after long days. It’s not a flashy condo, but it’s comfortable, practical, and has held up well over time. As long as maintenance stays on track, I’m happy to continue calling this place home. -

Got the vibe without the noise
Baystar Condominium feels friendly and settled. My family has been living there for a while, and the neighbours have always been polite and easy to get along with. It’s the kind of place where you see familiar faces and can have a quick chat, which makes it feel warm and welcoming. It also feels steady and reliable overall. Nothing too flashy, but it works well for daily life. You get that sense of comfort knowing things just go smoothly without surprises. -

Feels comfortable even when it’s compact
The place feels pretty calm and peaceful. My unit is comfortable enough for me and my family. The facilities here are okay. The pool is clean most of the time, and the gym has the basics. Not many people use it, so it’s not crowded. The security guards are friendly and keep an eye on the place. The area around is quiet, but got shops and restaurants not far away, so easy to get food and other things. Traffic can be slow sometimes, but that’s normal here. -
