  Nature around

  Wanted something green but still near KL. The floating gym and pool area sold it for me. Even though it’s leasehold, I think the whole nature vibe makes it worth it. Plus, it doesn’t feel like a soulless condo. Looks like a proper lifestyle spot.

  Peaceful for seniors, parents and kids

  We went for the 5-bedroom layout because my parents live with us. There’s enough space for everyone, and the price is reasonable for the size. My husband works in the city, so the flyover access is a big plus. Also, the area feels peaceful which is good for the kids and our elderly parents.

  Beautiful view and fresh air

  I bought a 3-bedroom unit for my parents and myself. Love the location, close to KL but not too busy. The views of Bukit Lagong are amazing, and I like that they included two car parks. Can’t wait for it to be ready so I can jog in the fresh air after work.
