Hidden gem across from Gurney Plaza
My family has lived here for 20 years. As low-density as it can get, Belle Vue has quite a tight-knit, settled community with only 24 units. Friendly, helpful neighbours who watch out for one another and their kids and elderly. Despite being right across the street from Gurney Plaza, it is often missed. The design is great - breezy, spacious, quiet and private. Bathrooms are a good size - no tiny bathrooms here! No facilities, though but with Gurney Plaza, there's plenty to do. Security is good, location - incredible. Walkable distance to all Pulau Tikus amenities, Gurney Drive for walks and food options. Bus stops just outside and if you walk down Lebuh Maktab, the bus stop to Komtar runs parallel to Jalan Kelawei. -
