A Place to Slow Down
Booked a unit at Beverly Hills 3 for my parents. The area in Semenyih feels peaceful yet still convenient, not too far from town. It has a calm, well-kept environment that suits their lifestyle. The modern design and quiet surroundings make it a good choice for those wanting comfort without being too remote. -

Good Work-From-Home Space
I’ve been living in Beverly Hills 3 for a few months.. The place is a bit more peaceful compared to the other blocks. Not too crowded, which I like. One thing I really appreciate is that the place feels breezy. Even on hot days, the air flows nicely through the windows. Laundry dries fast too, which is helpful. There’s a small field nearby where kids usually play football in the evening. It’s nice to see that. Just wish people cleaned up after themselves! -
