Peaceful In Busy Area
Inside the unit, the space is decent. Noise level depends on the neighbours. On the good side, it’s close to some main roads, so getting a ride or going to town is not hard. Rent here is more affordable than in other nearby areas. -

A peaceful retreat without leaving the city
Beverly Hills 5 looks quite chill for those who prefer peace and not so much of the city hustle. Located in Putatan, Sabah, the surroundings got that relaxed, suburban vibe. Design wise, quite modern and clean, nothing too flashy, which is nice. Facilities-wise, it’s got a swimming pool, and some retail units at the bottom, so quite convenient. Security also seems decent with 24-hour surveillance. If you're the type that enjoys a slower pace and still wants some access to shops and basic needs downstairs, this place got potential. -
