  Calm and comfort

  As a parent of young children, Birch Plaza really stood out to me for its location and convenience. Being next to Penang Times Square means we have easy access to food, shopping, and daily essentials, all without needing to drive far. Public transport is nearby too, which makes getting around even easier with kids. The facilities are another big plus. There’s a playground for the kids, a landscaped garden and jogging track for fresh air, and even a reflexology path for winding down. For family gatherings or social time, there’s a clubhouse, multipurpose hall, and barbeque area. Overall, Birch Plaza feels like a great option for young families looking for comfort, safety, and convenience all in one place.

  Solo life made smoother

  I’ve been staying at Birch Plaza for a while now. The location is really the main reason I chose this place. It’s right in town, so everything is close. I can walk to shopping mall, food court, clinic, even bus stop. The furniture that came was enough for daily use. A/C works fine, and water heater also no issue. The building connects to a mall, which is convenient!

  Nights are quiet, and mornings are even bett

  Birch Plaza really delivers that modern city vibe, we’ve been living here for the past year, and it’s been a pretty smooth experience overall. The layout and design feel sleek and practical, just right for our small family who values both style and convenience. Being in the heart of KL means everything’s close-public transport, food spots, even quick grocery runs. It’s been easy to settle into a daily rhythm here without much hassle.. No flashy extras, just a good balance between lifestyle and function.

  The only problem is after 14 years still no strata title

  Very Central Apartment

  This apartment is very central and is easily accessible. Close to many amenities especially food, shopping and the old historical town and places of interest like the Hin Bus Depot.
