  Peaceful everyday

  I booked a unit at Bon Kiara after a lot of thought. The location in Mont Kiara was a big factor, close to everything I need, yet still feels private and peaceful. What really stood out was the modern design and practical layout. It gives flexibility for future family needs or even rental income. The facilities also gave me confidence. There's 24-hour security, which adds peace of mind, along with a clubhouse and covered car park that make daily living more comfortable. The BBQ area is a nice touch too, perfect for small gatherings or weekend chill-outs. Overall, it feels like a solid place to live.

  Even Silence Feels Warm

  I booked a unit at BON KIARA with my elderly parents in mind, wanting a place that’s both comfortable and convenient for them. The location in Mont Kiara was a key factor, everything from clinics to shops is nearby, yet the environment remains peaceful and private. Offering flexibility so they can have their own space while still being close by. Facilities like 24-hour security, covered parking, and easy access within the building give me peace of mind for their safety and comfort. The calm surroundings and thoughtful design make it a great long-term investment.

  We Found It Very Peaceful

  I went to see my unit at Bon Kiara recently. It’s still under construction, but I hope it gets completed soon. The building looks tall and stylish, and the area around it feels calm even though it’s close to the city. Roads are wider here, with less traffic compared to the main stretch. Felt peaceful when I visited, even with the construction going on. They’ve finished quite a bit of the structure already. Still raw, but the space looks bright and open. The balcony is decent size too. So far, happy with what I saw.

  Great environment

  BON KIARA look like a nice relaxing home to live in. The 5-bedroom units will be good for living with children and the elderly. It's located in Mont Kiara yet right next to the forest. Best of both worlds.

  Lovely homes

  Love the open airy layouts, makes the homes look so spacious. And I like that it's low density, feels very exclusive. The facilities look good too.

  Top Facilities at Bon Kiara

  I was blown away by the top facilities that will be offered at Bon Kiara. The dedicated shuttle service provided will make traveling within Mont Kiara Area a breeze. Not to mention, the inclusion of EV Charging Isolator in every unit was a huge plus for me as an electric vehicle owner. And as a pet lover, I am thrilled to know that Bon Kiara is also pet friendly. It truly is a dream community to invest in unit here.
