I saw on Reddit that Exsim projects sometimes go downhill fast—pest issues, maintenance after a year. So while the location and condo look great, I’m being cautious and planning extra for possible upkeep once it opens.

Buy for AirBnB?
I’ve been looking at Branniganz for its Airbnb potential. It’s marketed as Airbnb‑managed by superhosts, and nearby serviced units have ~90% occupancy at RM250+/night. Sounds like solid rental return.

Pricey but good investment?
I’m getting a small 344 sq ft studio here (~RM750k) because I want city living close to Pavilion and MRT. It’s pricey (~RM2k psf), but for a compact, fully serviced nest in Bukit Bintang, I think it'll be worth it once it's ready around 2028.
