Brunsfield EmbassyView promises a lot — location, prestige, amenities. The trick is whether it holds up over 10–15 years. I’d pay attention to how well the management keeps the common parts, lifts, facade, plumbing. If upkeep is disciplined, this could age gracefully; if not, the premium price won’t be justified later.

Great for Guests & Investment
I bought a unit with city-facing view; it rents well, especially for business travelers who like being near KLCC. But not all units enjoy the same view or tranquility — units facing internal roads get more noise. Also, for a premium project, you need to inspect finishing carefully before agreeing.

Prestige, Views & Comfort
We moved in a few years ago. The address gives a lot of status, especially for guests and when entertaining. Our unit has great skyline views. The facilities (pool, gym) are good, and the unit is kept clean. But every now and then the balcony tiles get dirty, and we’ve had to request repairs that took some time."
