Personal Experience
A very quiet and peaceful area.Security at the entrance is decent. They do not allow any strangers coming in without collecting information such as licence. For owners they have RFID access . It has the feeling of staying in a resort with the kind of landscapes it has, very calm and windy. Even thought this condo is very old , but the management tries to keep it in place. The units are very big , depending on the type you have stayed. As for me is the unit with the 3 rooms & 2 bathrooms. There are quite a number of works which needs to be done like the painting, car parks, internal roads, etc ...but overall its a good and safe place to stay with easy access to public transport and other amenities.

Management is the only issue
The building looks a bit old. But I like it there because the community there is nice. There are few grocery shops and restaurants laundry shops inside the condominium and I find this very convenient. It's quiet and nice to live in.I have to agree. It's so true that the only problem lies with the management committee. I'm sorry but to agree with Steph that these people are not fit to be management committee (I think I have heard negative stories about the Michael Eng too). They are ridiculous and aggressive, thinking they're the judge. I remember last year my friend got a bit drunk and he took cab back to the condo. These people refused to let him in and made a scene out of it and eventually found out he was a resident here. I must say, they are uneducated and extraordinarily rude.

Bukit OUG's safety at risk
The management office especially the Michael Eng is a total thrash. They won't protect your safety and they even threaten their own residents. This is not a good place to stay because when you want to reason with the people there, they will just raise their voice and threaten you. That idiotic brainless useless arrogant Michael Eng should be fired. He yelled at us and said things like he is our neighbor and he knows where we live and what can we do to him? I thought I was talking to a gangster. He forgot the fact that we, owners are the ones who actually pay for their salary and he was so damn rude. Who does he think he is? Government servant? Professionals??? Or king of the community? Please reconsider if you want to live here. It will definitely be a better place without the bunch of rogues being your security guards. Why should I pay the management office that only creates troubles for the residents? In this case, living in flats is better than living in such condo, at least you don't need to pay to risk your safety. If you see this Michael Eng, remember, bow to him.
