  Suitable homes for families

  The double storey terrace houses are perfect for families with children and even for elderly parents to live together. Bukit Wangsa Setia seems like a good investment as a first home if you have a growing family.

  Nice small town to live in

  Always thought that these small towns like Bukit Wangsa Setia are a good place to live in, especially for retirees. Don't have to deal with the hectic city life and traffic jams.

  Potential investment property because of loca

  If more investments come into Proton City, the property nearby could appreciate. If not, it's still a nice town to live in and the Bukit Wangsa Setia homes have a nice modern design.
