  Being near the airport is a huge bonus

  Was looking for a holiday home near the airport and stumbled on Cahaya Kristal. Great layout, not too many units, and that sea view is something else. Works perfectly for quick trips and weekend stays without the hustle of city condos.

  The sea view was the deal sealer!

  We booked a 3-bedroom unit for our small family, and honestly, the sea view from the rooftop was what sold it. My wife loves the pool and gym, and I like that it’s near the city but not noisy. Security seems solid too, which gives us peace of mind.

  Nice location and value for money

  I’ve been renting around KK for years and finally decided to get my own place. Cahaya Kristal felt right! Clean design, good location, and not too crowded. The gym’s decent, and I’m just happy to have my own space at last.
