Decent investment but don't expect fireworks
I purchased a unit in Calisa N a couple of years ago as an investment. The median transaction price is about RM 294 psf, and rental yield is roughly 4.7%—respectable numbers. The location near major highways and Putra Heights LRT station keeps it rental‑friendly. That said, capital appreciation has been flat or slightly negative lately. It’s stable, not stellar—but if you're looking for steady rental income without breaking the bank, it's a practical pick. -

Affordable and functional with decent access
I moved into Calisa N last year and was impressed by how budget‑friendly it is—rents hover around RM 1,200 to RM 1,300 for a 3‑bed unit, which felt like a steal compared to newer condos in Puchong. The unit’s layout is spacious (around 880 sq ft), and it’s fully equipped with covered parking and 24‑hr security. Getting onto ELITE and SKVE highways is a breeze, plus you're minutes from Giant, AEON Big, and Putra Heights LRT—super convenient. Not luxurious, but it ticks the basic boxes for me. -
