Our regional office moved here earlier this year. The 6-storey CX complex looks professional and well-maintained, with reliable lifts, covered parking, and 24-hour security . It’s across the road from Kentonmen MRT, making daily commute easy. But the immediate area could use more retail or F&B options—it's mostly commercial, not a vibrant hub. But overall, it’s a practical, functional office space with good transport links.

Strategic spot, solid access
I’ve been running a small design studio in one of the shop-office units at Cantonment Exchange CX for six months now. Location-wise, it’s fantastic—right next to Kentonmen MRT and a short walk to the Batu Kentonmen KTM station, which makes commuting super convenient for both clients and staff. For driving, there's also enough basement parking, and its proximity to DUKE, Jalan Kuching, and Jalan Pahang means great drive-by visibility.
