  Fantastic location and spacious for families

  Stayed here with my family during a PJ visit and it was excellent. We took an apartment listed as “Comfy Luxury 3 BR” (988 sq ft), and it felt spacious and spotless. The parking is right by the lift—which is such a lifesaver with kids and luggage. We also loved being just steps away from Jaya One’s cafés and groceries. Booking.com reviews gave it a whopping 9.4/10 for location, comfort, and facilities

  Modern serviced living right by amenities

  I moved into Capella Residenz about a year ago and love that it’s part of the Pacific Star mixed development—letting me live, work, and chill all in one spot. My unit is mid-floor, with a spacious layout (988 sq ft) and solid facilities: gym, pool, sauna, BBQ area, and a cosy lounge café downstairs. The security’s top-notch with 3-tier access.
