  Smooth commute

  Staying in a SOHO while working in Putrajaya. MEX highway saves time. Everything I need is within walking distance, especially groceries and food.

  Startup friendly

  Opened a small tech office here after graduating from MMU. Office downstairs, home nearby. D’Pulze within walking distance is a bonus for meetings.

  Great mix of work and life

  Shifted my studio into a 5-storey unit at CBD Perdana 3. Clients find it easily via MEX, and I like having Centrus Mall downstairs. Practical and lively without being too crowded.
