  Affordable for families

  We chose Cheng Heights because it offers 3-bedders at less than RM350k—rare in Melaka these days. Kids love the pool and playground—happy kids, happy family.

  Great location, easy access—but maintenance n

  Location is unbeatable—walking distance to eateries along Lebuh AMJ, plus it’s just 15 minutes from the airport. I rent while working in Melaka city and it’s super convenient. That said, the lifts sometimes smell a bit funky and the hallways need paint. Nothing major though, still a solid place.

  Spacious unit, nice facilities—but busy roads

  Just moved in two months ago. The 3-bed layout is roomy and the balcony view over greenery is quite relaxing. Love the gym and pool. Only downside is the noise from Lebuh AMJ during peak hours—it gets pretty loud in the morning. Overall good value for what you pay.
