  I’ve been here two years. The block is peaceful in the evenings and security is on point. No gym, spa or cafes within the condo—but with Cheras Sentral and Econsave a short stroll away, essentials are covered. The flip side? Lacks premium facilities, but it suits a simple, no-fuss lifestyle.

  Convenient location, OK facilities, MRT nearb

  Renting a 800 sqft unit for RM750/month—crazy value, plus it’s a 5‑minute walk to Taman Connaught MRT, so getting around is easy. The playground’s useful for my kid, but the pool’s a bit small. Parking’s straightforward. If you’re after affordability and transit access, this is perfect.

  Cozy, secure, but a bit dated

  Moved in late last year. The security here is tight—24/7 guards and a well-kept playground make it family-friendly. My 3-bed flat feels homey, though the kitchen cabinets show their age. Maintenance is okay, but common areas could use a fresh coat of paint. Overall, a solid and affordable choice in Cheras.
