Solid amenities, but cafeteria queue is real
Shared office space here for a project team. There’s a food court, coffee shop, even a squash court—convenient for lunch breaks. Just be warned: the coffee shop gets jam‑packed at 10:30 am. Also, no fancy gym or lounge, so it’s very corporate-functional. Good security and clean common areas though.

Top‑notch connectivity & parking with cor
Working here for 6 months—lobby and lifts just got a facelift recently, feels modern. Love that Raja Chulan Monorail is a 2‑minute walk—it’s great for hopping around KLCC or Bukit Bintang. Parking is super easy (650 bays!), even during peak hours. Feels more like a serious business hub though—not the most social or cozy vibe, but perfect when you’re in work mode.
