  Spacious with a lovely neighbourhood

  I bought this house so my son and his family can live together with us. It's big enough for all three generations under one roof. Area not too crowded and still developing, so we’ll see how it goes.

  Safe neighbourhood for kids

  We moved here with our 2 kids after years of renting. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly, and I really like the security and perimeter fencing, it feels safe letting the kids run around. The pricing is reasonable for what we’re getting. So far, no regrets!

  Nice kitchen space!

  We just got our keys and honestly, this place feels just right for us. It’s peaceful, the layout is spacious, and my wife loves the kitchen space. Not too far from work too. Happy with our choice!

  Rumah Citrine Hills design cantik

  Rumah teres Citrine Hills di BBKP ni design simple dan cantik. Rumah dua tingkat dengan empat bilik, sesuai untuk keluarga yang ada anak. Boleh bawak mak dan ayah tinggal sekali. Yang best ada Taman Awam BBKP dekat dengan rumah. Sesuai untuk orang-orang yang suka pergi hiking.

  Great for living in the suburbs

  I like the location of Citrine Hills in Bandar Baru Kangkar Pulai because it is away from the city but near enough to all the amenities. It's especially great for children and the elderly. Iskandar Puteri and JB is not too far away. Best of all, the Johor Premium Outlets is not too far away.

  Nicely designed terrace houses

  The design of the Citrine Hills double-storey terrace house is nice and simple, and the interior looks good. Hard to find this type of landed property in KL now. Bandar Baru Kangkar Pulai has all the amenities you need, it's a nice place to raise a family.
