  Best integrated development in Iskandar Puter

  Moved here from Singapore and the transition was seamless. The integrated retail podium covers your coffee, groceries, dining, and gym. Sunway Iskandar township is genuinely growing into a real community. EDL and Second Link make Singapore accessible on weekends. Property management is responsive and facilities are kept in good condition. The Emerald Lake views from the balcony are a daily mood booster.

  Lakeside living with Singapore at your doorst

  Chose Sunway Citrine for the unique combination of lakeside views and connectivity. Sunway Iskandar is developing fast and Citrine Hub sits right at the centre of it. Legoland is about 6 km, Puteri Harbour about 9 km. The integrated commercial floors mean you barely need to leave the building. Second Link gives you Singapore in under 30 minutes in clear traffic. Modern, clean, secure – everything an expat family needs.

  Self-contained urban hub in the heart of Iska

  Living at Sunway Citrine Hub feels like a one-stop lifestyle. Jaya Grocer, Starbucks, Old Town, Morganfield's are all downstairs. Sunway International School is next door, which is perfect for our expat family. Views of Emerald Lake are beautiful, especially in the evenings. Second Link to Singapore is about 7 km away which makes commuting manageable. The development is modern, well-managed, and the facilities are excellent.
