  Good Investment for Premium Buyers

  I’m treating our purchase as long term. If you want to maximize resale or rental, go for the units with the best orientation — forest view, less road noise, corner lots. Pay attention during handover. If all goes well, this could be one of the more prized addresses in Elmina.

  Exclusivity & Sustainability Sell It

  What attracted us most was the idea of low density, sustainable living, and being next to nature. But when evaluating, I compared travel times, road conditions, and how early infrastructure will mature. This is not for someone who wants instant full urban convenience — it’s for those willing to commit long term.

  Forest-Edge Luxury But Worth the Wait

  We reserved one of the cluster homes in Elmina Ridge 2. The design feels premium, green buffers are generous, and the adjacency to forest makes it feel calm. I’m excited for the day we move in — but until then I’m cautious about finishes and commitment to promises (solar, cabinetry, drainage etc).
