  Peaceful hill retreat with easy MRT access

  Clearwater is 5 min walk to the MRT train station…the surrounding buildings are office buildings, so it is only a bit lively in the morning, lunch time and evening… After that it is super quiet including weekend.”

  Friendly staff, smooth security—feels cosy ye

  I was a resident at Clearwater for more than 6 months… the staff who work there are some of the best residential staff I have come across in KL. The security guards would greet me every morning with a big smile and a wave… If I had guests visiting, security would do everything to make sure that they got to my apartment quickly, unlike security at other condos.
