  Nice Place, But a bit Inconvenient for Daily

  Love the exclusivity and how serene the surroundings are. Security is on point, and maintenance is decent. But the location can be a drawback if you need quick access to highways during peak hours—traffic builds up fast.

  Low-Density Luxury

  Only a handful of units, so you rarely bump into neighbours unless you want to. The layout is spacious and modern, and the finishes are still holding up well. It’s perfect if you value privacy over having a ton of facilities

  Peaceful but a Bit Isolated

  Living here feels like you’re tucked away from the chaos of the city. It’s really quiet, and the greenery around the area is a big plus. But unless you drive, it’s a bit of a hassle—public transport is not exactly around the corner.
