  Hi-tech and good investment for future

  Honestly just booked a unit 'cause it ticks my boxes with MRT, EV charger, decent price. Might rent it out later, but I like the vibe. Looks like a solid buy for what you get.

  Keyless access makes it feel modern and futur

  I’ve been keeping an eye on developments around the MRT line and Covo stood out. The layout options suit both small families and young couples. The security setup and keyless access make me feel like it's designed with modern living in mind. Love that some units even have car parks right at your door. That’s rare!

  MRT next door

  I don’t drive much so being near MRT is a huge plus. The price is okay for me and I like that it’s newer and has security. Hopefully they keep the maintenance fee low.
