Massive Community, Freehold Value
It’s a big place—30 blocks, 4 storeys each, over 1,700 units. Surprisingly, it doesn’t feel overcrowded. Freehold too, so it’s one of the more solid long-term bets around here.

Amenities on Point, Airport Too Close
Living here feels surprisingly upscale for the price. A full gym, indoor and outdoor pools, basketball court, kids’ playground, even a mini-mart—and 24-hour security to boot. Plus, KKIA is just around the corner, which is awesome if you travel or fly in often.
