  Fast-developing location

  Semenyih is developing rapidly, with more landed property being built here. The amenities here are also getting better, and the D'Cendana 3 homes look like a good family home outside of the city.

  Location suitable for those who like outdoor

  I love that the D'Cendana 3 @ Bandar Tasik Kesuma is so near Broga Hill. Those who love going for hikes would enjoy being so close to nature.

  Good family home

  The D'Cendana 3 double storey homes are spacious. Four bedrooms is good for famiiles with children and if there are old folks living together, they can take the room on the ground floor.
