Value’s in the layout and locale, not just th
When I first checked the prices—apartments starting around RM500k for ~800–1,000 sq ft—I thought it was fair game. I chose a Type C unit, about 1,033 sq ft with three bedrooms, and it still felt spacious. Add in the freehold tenure, proximity to AEON, schools, and highways, plus a lifestyle-filled township vibe… it’s real value, not just designer gloss. -

I appreciate that it’s only six units per floor—means fewer crowds, quieter mornings—and it’s completely gated with CCTV, smart-card access, and 24/7 patrol. I cook in my kitchen with the hob and hood already fitted, log on to high-speed broadband, an feel like I’m living in a luxe staycation without sacrificing privacy or efficiency. -

Feels like lakeside retreat, yet it’s actuall
I moved in last year and every evening I still stop on the balcony just to soak in that lake view—it’s calming, even on a weekday.
