I checked the market before moving in—median transaction prices hover around RM1.2 million, which felt fair given the size, location, and low-density feel (only 29 units total). Then add in 24-hour security and green surroundings, and I’d say the rent (or price) aligns with what you actually get.

Roomy home with bonus amenities
This place—3,000 sq ft over three floors with 4–5 bedrooms and two carparks—really gives you space to stretch out. We’ve made use of the pool, gym, wading area, and even the barbecue pit for some chill weekends. For families or people who like breathing room, it really delivers.

Feels tucked-away but still super accessible
I’ve been living at D’Residency for a few months now, and the vibe is unexpectedly private for being so close to Bandar Utama. The guards are always alert, and I really appreciate the gated setup. Getting to the highways or popping over to Jaya Grocer or Starling Mall is genuinely just a 5–10 minute drive—zero drama, maximum convenience.
