I had friends post on forums that D’Tessera is actually decent value for the location—big units in Damansara don’t come cheap—but it’s still on the lower side PSF compared to neighbors. A heads-up though: with so many new condos around, some worry about how packed the area could get down the line. Worth planning for, but not deal-breaking.

Nature-friendly in a city hub—you really get
D’Tessera manages to feel calm and tucked away—even though you're in PJ’s Golden Triangle. The building stretches up 48–49 floors beside lush greenery, a 10-acre park, and a natural waterfall. Meanwhile, you're just minutes from One Utama, IKEA, and major highways like the LDP, Penchala Link, and DASH. Best of both worlds for sure.

Spacious and design-smart for families
I checked out D’Tessera and its roomy 3+1 to 4+1 layouts (1,100 sq ft to 1,331 sq ft) really stood out—the hackable walls let you shift things around if you want to open up the living area or carve out an extra study. Plus, they even have elderly-friendly units with ramps in the foyer and bathroom, which felt forward-thinking and practical.
