Everything’s close by—without the traffic dra
What’s nifty about living here is the location: you’re on the doorstep of Empire City and minutes away from malls like IPC, Curve, even IKEA and One Utama. Highways like LDP, Penchala Link, Duke, and NKVE are all in the mix—so even when KL traffic peaks, I usually breeze through. -

Feels modern—but still easy to unwind
I moved into D’Vervain last year and it struck me as a ‘smart city’ in high-rise form. Two sleek towers with around 1,066 units, yet the layout doesn’t feel overcrowded. It’s modern, minimalist—but with just enough green pockets and lounging areas that make it surprisingly calm after a long day. -
