  I grabbed my unit when prices were sub‑RM300K, and considering the 550 sq ft layout, that felt like a steal. Units regularly go between RM270K to around RM320K—decent entry-level pricing for PJ. And with plentiful nearby malls, schools, and hospitals, it’s got legit appetite both for living in or renting out

  Transport links that actually make life easie

  Staying here makes my commute so much easier. I’m just minutes from the LDP, Penchala Link, and the future DASH highway—getting to KL or Shah Alam used to feel like a chore, but now it’s smooth.   I signed my contract for D’Vine early this year, and every day feels like living in a sleek zen pod—550 sq ft, compact but smart layout, and the building’s lines are clean and refreshing. Level 5 has an infinity pool, a chill garden lounge, even a camping lawn you’d swear was Instagram-worthy.
