Had a chat on Lowyat, and the consensus was clear: studio rents around RM770–800 with utilities and Wi‑Fi included—crazy good value considering it’s right between Bangsar Shopping Center and Damansara City Mall. But fair warning: if you're gonna use a carpark, tack on RM150–200 more—and suddenly that bargain isn’t so bargain-y.

Student-friendly, walkable, and fully furnish
D28 Damansara is basically a student’s dream. Fully furnished studios with attached baths, air‑con, and you’re just a short walk from Pusat Bandar Damansara MRT. A friend did this when he was at HELP Uni—it was quiet, easy to manage, and the connectivity was the real deal.

Small but smart—studio living at its most eff
I found a studio here for about RM940, then tacked on RM150 for parking—that’s not bad for being right off Jalan Damansara. Sure, it’s tiny—no kitchen, just a snug little room with a private bath—but if you're working at Ernst & Young nearby, it’s legit perfect: efficient, cozy, and literally 350 meters from EY’s office.
