  Quiet neighbourhood

  Tanah Merah looks like a nice quiet neighbourhood to live in. The De Zahra single storey homes are good for a small family, or as a first home due to the affordable price

  Potential retirement home

  The De Zahra homes look like a good sized home for retirement in a quiet neighbourhood. Single storey means less to floor space to clean.
