Desa Delima Apt in Farlim
This apartment is consider old apartment. But though is old, if well maintain should be ok. The problem i face is , the management is collecting the money for maintenance fees. but they don't do their job. The management can just hire a in responsible and useless and helpless guard to look and be the watchdog! Wahlau!!! If you got problem look for the guard, he tell you, " you go solve it, i cannot do anything, i got heart attack ..bla bla bla..!" This let me feel that this appartment is lousy and cannot stay la. My advice, if want to purchase property to invest or to stay, please check on the Management Team! It is important. But Desa Delima apt obviously is not the best choice to consider. will regretted to stay in!! -
