  Convenient for working in KL

  I work in the city and wanted something near public transport. Desa Green fits the bill with it being affordable, with neat layout, and easy access to trains. The gym is small but good enough for daily workouts.

  Feels like a good investment

  I’m not living there, but I bought a small unit to rent out. The response from tenants has been good because it’s near so many offices and colleges. Security looks solid, and facilities are modern. I think the value will grow in time since the area is developing fast.

  Impressive

  Went to see the show unit last weekend. For the price, the layouts are quite practical, and the finishings look better than I expected. I like that it’s freehold and near KL city.

  Panoramic views

  Desa Green is well-connected to the highways. Since the building is one of the tallest in the area, the views out of my apartment are panoramic. It’s nice to have a coffee every morning from the balcony while soaking in the view. There’s a gym, pool and children’s playground here. SMK Desa Perdana is nearby which is ideal for those of you who have kids.

  All-round awesome

  Desa Green is such a massive project with over 1300 units, so I was initially skeptical of living in a place that might get very crowded in the community spaces. However, I find the scale of amenities proportional to the number of units in the building. There’s a pretty big gym and pool, and even a multipurpose hall in the building to host events. It’s right next to Salak Highway, making the location excellent for those who drive.
