  Nice neighbourhood

  Desa Pengkalan Bersatu seems to be located in a nice quiet neighbourhood, which is good because it is not as busy as the town area. Unused rooms on the second floor can be used as an office or storage area.

  Homes with many rooms

  It's good that the Desa Pengkalan Bersatu homes come with five bedrooms. It can accommodate families with many children. The project is close to Ipoh town, lots of good food to be enjoyed.
