  Option for retirees

  Kuala Kubu Bharu would be a good place for retirees. The Desa Rening Jaya homes are single-storey, which is especially practical for older folks. With three bedrooms, they can use it for storage area or for visiting family members.

  Functional design

  The layout of the Desa Rening Jaya homes seem practical and functional. The garden space makes the single-storey homes look spacious and children have space to play.

  Good for outdoors

  Kuala Kubu Bharu is a good place for outdoor and nature lovers. There's so much to do here, and Desa Rening Jaya is located in a nice and quiet area.
