We moved in last year with our two kids. The unit layout is functional, and the price point was within our budget. There’s a playground but not many family-oriented facilities compared to bigger condos. Traffic in Cyberjaya is manageable, and access to highways is good. Overall, a decent place if you want something simple without high maintenance fees.

Student/Young Professional Angle
Staying at Domain 3 while studying at MMU. It’s affordable compared to newer condos in Cyberjaya, and I can literally walk to class. Facilities are basic — pool and gym are small, but I hardly use them anyway. Internet connection is reliable, which is important for me. Biggest complaint is that the lifts can get slow during peak hours.

Convenience-Oriented Resident
I’ve been renting here for about a year. Location-wise, Domain 3 is super convenient — walking distance to eateries, banks, and about 10 minutes’ drive to D’Pulze Mall. The units are compact but practical. Only downside is parking; if you have more than one car, it gets tricky. Security is decent, I’ve never had issues.
